Mimolette: Made by cheesemakers Isigny Sante-Mere in Normandy, France, this extra aged 18 month vibrant orange hard cheese has sweet notes of butterscotch and caramel.
Cheddar Apple Smoked: Made by one of the most celebrated American cheesemakers, Sid Cook with Carr Valley Cheese, this white cheddar is apple smoked and hand rubbed with paprika which gives it the perfect balance of smoke and sweet.
Drunken Goat: Literally meaning ''goat with wine'' this semi-firm cheese from Spain's Mediterranean coast is cured for 48-72 hours in Doble Pasta red wine. The paste remains nearly pure white and the rind absorbs a lovely violet hue. The paste is sweet and smooth, delicately grapey, with a gentle, pliable texture and mild fruity flavor.
Fromager d'Affinois: A wonderfully luscious, pasteurized cow's milk brie, this soft-ripened French cheese is in the double-crème category. It's texture is similar to a creamy cheesecake.

All orders for Thanksgiving week must be confirmed by November 17th at midnight either by ordering online or in the cheese shop. Please note that any orders after the deadline will be subject to a rush charge and will only be accepted if we have enough cheese. We appreciate you placing your orders well in advance to ensure we order the proper amount of product.
Please note the Thanksgiving Starter Cheeseboard is available to order any day during November 1-25th and is perfect for Thanksgiving Day along with any after or before Thanksgiving parties, Black Friday celebrations, Leftovers & Cheese Days, etc.
We will be closed Thanksgiving Day so all orders for the holiday will need to be picked-up on Wednesday, November 21st between 11am-6pm. We will resume normal business hours on Friday, November 23rd.
